Samantha June Larson, University of Wisconsin Oshkosh

Samantha June Larson, PhD (she/her/hers) (larsonsj@uwosh.edu) is an assistant professor of public administration at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She also serves as deputy director of the Whitburn Center for Governance and Policy Research. Sam is a social equity scholar who examines how government can enhance opportunity, healing, sustainability, and resilience.
