Theodore W. Johnson, MPA (theodorejohnson@unomaha.edu) is a doctoral student within the School of Public Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) and an instructor within UNO’s Aviation Institute. His research interests focalize social equity and ethics, racial and educational equity, and inclusion with especial emphasis on the recruitment/retention of racial minorities to advance equity and promote opportunities in aviation/aerospace and other traditionally underrepresented fields.
